Closed conversations only
NomNom will only synchronise closed conversations from Desk when connecting your account.
We're planning to enable synchronising all conversation states in the near future.
To connect your Desk account to NomNom follow these steps:
- Go to your Account area > Integrations and click on ‘Desk’:
- Fill in the following your Account Subdomain:
Then click 'Connect':
Once you click 'Connect', you’ll be sent to your team’s Desk account log-in screen.
Just fill in your log-in details and you’ll have a new screen asking you to grant access to NomNom.
Click 'Yes, grant access':
After granting access to Nomnom, you’ll be sent back to your account where you should now see Desk as active!
Give Desk some time to integrate!
The speed at which we can import all your historical data, will depend on which Desk plan you have.
Be patient. Good things come to those who wait :)
If you don't see Desk in your sources after connecting.
Something extraterrestrial might be going on...👽
Just repeat the steps above, and make sure your Desk account subdomain details were filled in correctly.

Number of documents limited during your trial.
During your trial we sync up to 5000 of the most recent documents from Desk. If you upgrade to a paid account, we then retrieve all of your data.
New closed cases will be always synchronised.
