Let's connect your Delighted account!

Once your account is connected, we will sync all your historic data and new responses will be added to NomNom as they come to Delighted. We will also import any tags you added to the NPS responses.

The sentiment is assigned based on the score of the responses. See below:

  1. First, go to your Delighted Account > Go to Settings > Click on API:

  2. Once in the API section, copy your API Key:

    Once done - keep those details handy, you'll need them in a second.
  3. Now go to NomNom > Account area > Integrations and click on ‘Delighted’:
  4. Paste the API Key you copied from Delighted and have fun with your data! It may take a couple of minutes to get all your NPS data in NomNom


Updates after you connect Delighted

  • We sync new data from Delighted once a day.
  • We only show customer responses with comments (we will store responses with NPS scores and no comments, but do not show them in the app.)
  • We sync updates to tags 7 days after feedback was submitted (e.g if you get feedback on Monday and tag it within Delighted on Friday you will see the tag update. If you tag it any later than 7 days the new tag won't sync, this is due to the limitation in Delighted API.

NomNom will need a few minutes to fetch all your data. Be patient, good things come to those who wait :)
If you don't see Delighted in your sources Just repeat the steps above, and make sure your API details were filled in correctly.
